How to order videos from our website.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION ALL THE WAY THROUGH. IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS ORDERING!
To order videos on download from our website you will first need to Create a Free Account
Next, you will need to fund your account by adding credit to your account. If you attempt to order any items without first funding your account you will
receive an a message stating that Purchases are not available at this time.
You can securely place funds onto your account using your credit or debt card using the secure payment link below.
You can fund your account in any amount you want and add additional funds to your account anytime you want.
Once you've completed a payment, we will add the credit to the account associated with the email address that you provide with your payment.
Please make certain that you enter your email address correctly and that it is the email address associated with your account.
If you use Google Pay make sure that your Google Pay email address matches the email used to create your free account.
If the emails don't match this will seriously delay the crediting of your account.
The charge to your card will appear as R. Butcher Products on your statement.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason.
Please note that the credit is NOT immediately added to your account as we have to manually add the credit to your account.
This process can take as little as a few minutes and as long as 12 hours depending on the time of day you place your order.
We very much recommend that you always keep extra funds on your account so that you can purchase items on demand whenever you want
instead of having to wait for the funds to be credited to your account.
Generally we are available to credit your account during the following hours.
Daily 10am to 11pm
Please note these times are based on Pacific Standard Time as we are based in California.
If you order within the the times listed above, you can generally expect your account to be credited inside of these hours and often within an hour.
However, crediting an account within an hour is not guaranteed as we do not monitor the store every minute of every day.
Please note that speed of which one credit is added to your account is entirely independent from another.
If you order outside of the times listed above, this is when it may take up to 12 hours to process the credit your account.
This is another good reason why you should keep extra funds on your account if you want to make purchases outside of the hours when we credit accounts.
Please note: Credits are filled in the order received except for orders under $10 which are given a lower priority and are often filled after 10PM PST.
You will receive a message through our direct messaging system alerting you that your account has been credited.
If you are signed onto your account you'll see a notification like this in the upper right corner of our website.
You can also see your messages using this LINK. You must be signed into your account to see your messages.
If you have not received notification that your account has been credited after 12 hours please contact us at RockinRoxannevideos@gmail.com
Once we've credited your account you can instantly purchase and have instant access to any video(s) you wish up to the amount of credit you've placed on your account.
We do recommend that you download all purchases to your PC or device to safeguard them.

DVDs are $20.99 each which includes worldwide shipping.
Once you've completed your payment. Please use our Direct Messaging system to let us know what title you are ordering so we can
quickly process your order, Which, will generally be shipped out on the following business day.
OTHER WAYS TO PAY:
We can also manually run your card if you prefer. To have us manually run your card use our direct messaging system and send us a message
with the amount you want credited to your account with your card number, expiration date and CCV code.
Once we've manually charged your card we will place the amount of credit you want onto your account and notify
you via our direct message system once we've credited your account.
