In order to make a purchase and instantly stream or download a video you must first add funds to your account, which, we will now have to process your credit card manually.
Below are step by step instructions on how to order.
To order a video first you will need to sign up for a free account by clicking on the create free account button near the upper right hand corner and follow the prompts.
Once you have opened your account please sign into your account by clicking on the sign in button located in near the upper right hand corner.
To place an order you must have credit added to your account. If you attempt to order without credit on your account you will receive a message stating that purchases are not available at this time.
In order to add credit onto your account we will have to manually charge your credit card.
There are several ways this can be done. The simplest is to send us your credit card information (Card Number, Expiration Date and CVC) via the direct messaging system on this website. To do this, sign into your account and simply click on the “Messages” button located in the upper right hand corner.
This takes you to your private message mailbox.
Select to compose a message and enter your card information (Card Number, Expiration Date and CVC) and state the amount of credit you wish to add to your account.
Be sure to separate your card number. Example 4512 3432 5432 9011. If you enter it like this 4512343254329011, this will likely cause a card decline and seriously delay your order being processed.
All videos are $18.99 each so for example
$18.99 is enough credit for one video
$37.99 is enough credit for two videos
$56.97 is enough credit for three videos
$75.96 is enough credit for four videos
$94.95 is enough credit for five videos
and so on.
You can add as much credit to your account as you wish.
After you have provided this information be sure to hit the send button to forward your private message.
Once we charge your card the authorized credit will be added to your account and you will be sent a private message (Or personal email on request) notifying you that the credit has been added to your account.
Please also note that the charge to your card will appear as R. Butcher Products on your statement.
Please note that since we have to manually charge your card this could take anywhere between 30 minutes to as much as 24 hours. We are generally available to receive your messages and place the credit into your account between the following hours:
Monday-Friday 10am to 10pm
Saturdays 10am to 4pm
Sundays 9pm to midnight
Please note these times are based on Pacific Standard Time as we are based in California.
If you order outside of the times listed above, this is when it may take between 12 to 24 hours to process your card and credit your account.
Once you receive notification that your account has been credited you can instantly purchase, stream and download a video by simply clicking on any items Buy Now button and you will be prompted to use the credit on your account, which, will look something like this:
Then just click on the "Yes - Buy Now" button and you're all set to instantly purchase, stream and download any videos up to the amount of credit on your account.
We strongly recommend that you download all purchases to safeguard them on your PC or Device.

Want to order an item on DVD?
You can order any item on this site on DVD. Just let us know you want an item on DVD, include the video name(s) and include your mailing address.
Please note that DVDs have a $2 per DVD shipping charge up to a maximum charge of $10. If you live outside the US shipping is $8 per DVD with a $32 maximum.
