Accounts that have never made purchases of at least $15 are subject to being locked down.
Accounts subject to lock down are accounts that have been active for 60 days or has signed in over 50 times.
Whereas 99.9% of our customers will never experience an account being locked, There is that 1 in 1000 of you out there that are the reason we have to lock down accounts.
We are more than happy to provide our customers with over 5,000 free previews and over 75,000 photos to assist you in making your purchasing decisions.
However, the operative word here is "Customers". If you're only viewing endless previews for months you don't really fit our description of a customer
and therefore, your account will be locked down.
Locked accounts will only be able to few a handful of photos of each video and lose the ability to view previews and most photos.
Each account is locked on a case by case basis. If you only occasionally visit the site we are not going to lock down your account,
but if you are generally here on more days than you're not and never make a purchase, your account will be locked down.
Why do you lock down accounts?
We are not in business to offer endless free previews to those who have no intention to ever make a purchase (You know who you are) as this only drives up our costs.
For those of you who did not act with cheapo intent, we do offer a way to unlock your account.
HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT:
If your account is locked down, in order to have it unlocked you will need to add a minimum of $50 in credit to your account and we will then unlock it.
You can purchase credit for your account by visiting our "How to Order Videos" link, which explains the process of adding credit to your account and we
highly recommend that you read that all the way through so that your credit purchasing experience is a smooth one.
Why is it $50 to restore a locked account?
We feel $50 is a fair amount considering our costs for the amount of bandwidth you used watching free previews in order to get your account locked down (We get reports on that).
WARNING! DO NOT OPEN A SECOND ACCOUNT TO GET AROUND A LOCKED ACCOUNT!
If you do so, we will catch it and that will result in a lifetime ban across all of our sites and a block of your IP address.
