Accounts that have been active for 90 days or longer are subject to be being locked if you have never made a purchase from our site.
Whereas 99.9% of our customers will never experience an account being locked, There is that 1 in 1000 of you out there that are the reason we have to lock down accounts.
We are more than happy to provide our customers with over 5,000 free previews and over 75,000 photos to assist you in making your purchasing decisions.
However, the operative word here is "Customers". If you're only viewing endless previews for months you don't really fit our description of a customer
and therefore, your account will be locked down.
Locked accounts will only be able to few a handful of photos of each video and lose the ability to view previews and most photos.
Each account is locked on a case by case basis. If you only occasionally visit the site we are not going to lock down your account,
but if you are generally here on more days than you're not and never make a purchase, your account will be locked down.
Whereas we realize economic times are hard on some of you and that you may not be making purchases for that very reason, the free previews
that you watch are not free to us as we have an escalating costs basis which only increases with the use of the free previews we offer.
They are sort of a loss leader for us, which is perfectly fine so long a you make a purchase now and then, but when your viewing of free previews
is more of a liability we have to lock down the account.
HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT:
If your account is locked down, in order to have it unlocked you will need to add a minimum of $50 in credit to your account and we will then unlock it.
You can purchase credit for your account by visiting our "How to Order Videos" link, which explains the process of adding credit to your account and we
highly recommend that you read that all the way through so that your credit purchasing experience is a smooth one.
Why is it $50 to restore a locked account?
The $50 is basically based on that most of our videos are $18.99 each and we feel it's reasonable that if you watch a lot of previews that add to our bandwidth
costs a single purchase for each month is a reasonable expectation. Since we allow you 3 months before being locked down. $50 is just rounded down from the cost
to purchase 3 videos over a 3 month period.
DO NOT OPEN A SECOND ACCOUNT TO GET AROUND A LOCKED ACCOUNT!
If you do so, we will catch it and that will result in a lifetime ban across all of our sites.
